Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our products, we are expanding our production team and are seeking a skilled and motivated Red Seal Journey Welder. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, growing company where quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork are valued.
As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing steel and metal components used in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Summary of what you will do:
- Perform MIG, TIG, ARC welding as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and objectives.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Red Seal Certificate is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a welder preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead creanes
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to work overtime and afternoon shift as required.
