Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
*Please make note that the morning shift helps serve breakfast.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
