Position Summary: The Activities Expert is a multifaceted role focused on enhancing the guest experience by assisting with booking activities and rentals at Base Camp, as well as leading diverse resort activities. This position requires a flexible approach, involving both base camp responsibilities and hand-on-involvement in a variety of activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless daily operations, and supporting activity scheduling and coordination.
Start date for this position is June 17, 2026.
Hourly rate for this position is $18.25 per hour.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in planning and booking a wide variety of activities offered by Base Camp, including tube rentals, mini golf and other sports equipment, horseback riding, kids’ programs, and more.

Provide information to guests regarding available tours and activities, ensuring clear communication of pricing, availability, and safety information.

Operate the retail component of Base Camp by managing stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and operating a POS system

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space and outdoor sports center for guests.

Perform daily cash outs.

Assist in coordinating Base Camp and activity operations

Support seamless operations by rotating between Base Camp duties and on-location activities as needed.

Ensure that guest service standards are met, and that health and safety protocols are followed in all areas of responsibility.

Promote a friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable environment for guests.
