What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
- Process cash and electronic payments
- Run food and support overall front-of-house flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Restock front-of-house items as needed
- Respond to customer concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing duties
- Assist with tournament and event traffic during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Experience using POS systems considers an asset
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Food Safe certification considered an asset
- Pro-Serve certification or willingness to obtain

- Evening availability required
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to work during tournaments and peak periods
