We’re currently seeking a full-time Office Receptionist and Listing coordinator to join our collaborative and supportive team at our Kelowna office. This is a client-facing role where you will be the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, representing our values of kindness, respect, and service excellence.

- Approaches clients and colleagues with kindness, professionalism, and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Has experience in real estate administration (an asset, but not required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and guests as the first point of contact at reception.
- Coordinate real estate listings and assist with administrative documentation.
- Manage phones, emails, mail, and couriers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Use Canva, Microsoft Office, and other tools to support office and marketing needs.
- Learn and apply the rules and regulations of the real estate industry.
- Provide light support with social media posting and engagement.
- Cross-train with other staff to ensure seamless team coverage.
