Job Overview
The Trust Account Coordinator is responsible for the administration and oversight of resident trust accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality, and strong financial accountability.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Process and record all resident financial transactions in accordance with all required supporting documentation.
· Prepare budgets for residents and monitor spending to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with funding guidelines.
· Complete month-end processes including reconciliations of bank accounts, cash balances, and trust account activity.
· Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for all stakeholders.
· Submit applications and required documentation for government assistance programs.
· Maintain organized digital and physical records related to resident finances.
· Ensure all trust account practices comply with organizational policies, applicable legislation, audit standards, and financial best practices.
· Communicate professionally and respectfully with resident families/guardians regarding financial matters relating to each resident.
· Maintain strict confidentiality within and outside the organization.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience.
· Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
· Related diploma or degree is considered an asset.
· CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Clearance is required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
