We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team in Downtown Whitby.
Our new clinic is focused on providing high-quality, holistic, evidence-informed care in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We are building a family-centred practice that supports clients through every stage of life, including pediatric, prenatal, postnatal, injury rehabilitation, preventative care, chronic pain management, and overall wellness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to grow their practice while working alongside other healthcare professionals in a supportive setting.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Has at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Is confident with assessment, treatment planning, and client education
- Demonstrates excellent communication and professionalism
- Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with other practitioners
- Has experience managing a consistent client caseload
Bonus Qualifications
Additional certifications or experience in:
- Pediatrics
- Cupping therapy
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- TMJ treatment
- Fascial techniques
- Lymphatic drainage
- Oncology massage
- Contemporary acupuncture
- Exercise rehabilitation and corrective exercise
Available Shifts
Applicants should be available for a combination of the following shifts:
Monday – Thursday
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Saturday
Total availability of approximately 16–28 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Provide client education and home care recommendations
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Maintain CMTO standards and professional obligations
Compensation
70/30 clinic split
