We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the first and last face our guests see. You'll set the tone for every stay — greeting guests, managing reservations, and solving problems before they become complaints. If you take pride in getting the small things right and genuinely enjoy helping people, we want to meet you. We want someone who puts our guests at the heart of everything they do striving to make the guest’s stay the best stay they have ever had each and every time.
Candidates will also be expected to perform standard Front Desk procedures and excel in customer service and office duties as Guest Service Representative.
Job Description
- Greet and check in/check out guests promptly, courteously, and accurately
- Verify reservation details, room assignments, rates, and billing information with precision
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and folio adjustments accurately
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage guest requests in a timely manner
- Use of proper telephone etiquette, adhering to Front Office Standards, answering all calls in a timely and professional manner
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with patience and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure rooms and services meet guest expectations
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, incident reports, and daily logs
- Balance and verify the summary of daily transactions in the hotel and ensure that the hotel's computer systems balance
- Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy in reservations, billing, and guest information is non-negotiable
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused during busy or stressful moments
- Comfort with hotel property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn quickly
- Required to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred but not required
Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
