Sales Associate Description:
- Sales and service focused on Spirit’s unique guests.
- Acknowledges all guests through a greeting, smile or eye contact regardless of the task at hand.
- Demonstrates knowledge of store products and uses this knowledge to build sales.
- Practices suggestive selling, offering every guest products in order to build multiple sales.
- Assists in merchandising the store following the Management’s instructions.
- Maintains store merchandising and operational standards.
- Follows all Company policies and procedures.
- May be asked to perform sign wave duties.
Other duties include:
Stocking, pricing, cash register operations, cash, credit and debit sales, general store upkeep, and inventory.
You will be required to lift, bend, sit and stand for varying lengths of time, including lifting and moving boxes.
