Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender or server is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service laws, and responsible beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $15.00-$28.16 per hour
