Alberta Honda is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our dealership team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive first impression for customers and visitors.
As part of our front desk team, you will assist with customer greetings, incoming phone calls, basic administrative duties, and general dealership support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable in a customer-facing role, and able to keep things moving in a busy environment.
Schedule
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Assist customers with general inquiries and provide front desk support
- Help with basic inventory and data entry tasks as required
- Keep the reception area, customer lounge, and coffee station clean and presentable
- Complete filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and other general office duties
- Support dealership staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help maintain a professional and organized front-of-house experience
Qualifications
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the posted schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a busy dealership environment
- Comfortable with basic computer use, data entry, and office equipment
- Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to learn
