We’re Looking For:
- Current or recent Service BDC experience at a franchised dealership
- Strong appointment-setting and follow-up discipline
- Confidence handling high inbound call volume
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS (preferred)
- A track record of maintaining strong show rates
