**Retail Cannabis Associate — Sparkle Cannabis (Niagara Falls)**
At Sparkle Cannabis, our mission is to break down the stigma around cannabis while educating both new and experienced customers. We pride ourselves on offering great products at prices that deliver real value — and we're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable associate to help us do it.
**What you'll do**
- Welcome every customer warmly as they walk through the door
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
- Run the Point of Sale terminal (experience with Greenline POS is a plus)
- Support the Store and Assistant Managers with opening and closing duties, following all company and provincial/federal guidelines
- Keep the store looking its best — vacuum and sweep the sales floor, wipe down counters and glass display cases, and handle general tidying
- Report any suspicious activity or abusive behaviour to a manager
- Check ID for anyone who appears under 25, as required by the Cannabis Retail Store Handbook
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Help create an informative, welcoming experience for every customer, no matter their level of cannabis knowledge
**What we're looking for**
- Must be 19 or older (no exceptions)
- CannSell Standard Certification
- A genuine interest in building deep cannabis product knowledge
- A police check completed within the last 6 months
- Able to lift boxes weighing 5–40 lbs
- Comfortable with basic math
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using computers and iPads
- A reliable team player
- Available for shifts any day, Monday through Sunday, between 8:45 am and 11:15 pm
- Familiarity with the Niagara Falls community is a plus
