5 years+ experience
Physically able to work in a busy industrial environment
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
Welding supervisor for shop & field work
Local fabrication and marine service provider seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our organization
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of welders and fabricators
- Ensure safety and company policies are followed
- Ensure quality of finished product and compliance with regulatory and client requirements
- Manage and maintain all shop and field equipment
- Provide direction to welders and apprentices as required
- Coordinate with design staff on projects
- Complete safety and company documents as required
