Feeling lost in a huge production offering you few chances to share your expertise or opinion? Join a 10-person programming team that expects you to voice your gameplay and AI recommendations and listens when you do.
Why Choose Reflector:
Make your mark on an iconic IP. The game we’re developing belongs to a cherished Bandai Namco IP with a fanbase in the millions! Your job is to make sure the gameplay doesn’t disappoint.
Sharpen your skills. Push your programming talents to new heights while working your magic in Unreal Engine 5 and build on the knowledge you have to define Reflector’s programming standards.
Enjoy more than just meetings. We’re all for hybrid setups, but endless Teams calls aren’t our thing. We like to kick off milestones, collaborate, fast-track ideas, share progress (snacks, too!), and celebrate achievements live and in-person.
Feel supported on all fronts. Not only can you count on your team to help you solve the most creative of challenges, but we’ve also got you covered with generous health and dental coverage and ample time off starting from day one.
How You’ll Spend Your Days:
- Design and build complex AI systems, while helping shape our architecture standards and technical direction.
- Serve as a key technical go-to: you’ll weigh in on high-impact decisions and help guide critical trade-offs.
- Partner closely with technical leadership, designers, and animators to bring the gameplay vision to life making sure it stays aligned with the project’s strategic direction.
