Job Summary
Nella Food Equipment Toronto is looking to hire enthusiastic customer service representatives for our North York location.
Responsibilities:
- Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are being met
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic

- Previous retail experience is an asset
- Food service industry experience is an asset
