CEM Resorts is looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our resort hospitality team in Toronto. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming guest experience, preparing quality beverages, and working in a fast-paced resort environment.
Beaches & Islands
As a Bartender, you will serve drinks responsibly, interact with guests professionally, and help maintain a clean and organized bar area while delivering excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check guest identification and follow alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and guest bills accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies when needed
- Work closely with restaurant and resort staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist during events, private functions, and busy service hours
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
- Smart, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
