Overnight Support Worker (Sleep Shift) $150 flat rate per overnight shift • Private bedroom provided • Training provided I'm looking for a compassionate and dependable overnight support worker to join my home support team through Ontario's Direct Funding Program. This is a sleep shift, meaning you'll have your own private bedroom and are welcome to sleep, read, study, or simply relax during quiet hours—as long as you're available if I need assistance overnight. About the Role I'm a wheelchair user with a physical disability and use non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP) 24/7, including while I sleep. Most nights are quiet. Your role is primarily to be available should I need assistance with repositioning, transfers, personal care, or adjusting my ventilation equipment. Full training will be provided, so previous experience with respiratory equipment is not required. What I'm Looking For - Reliable and dependable - Calm, patient, and respectful - Comfortable working independently - Willing to learn - Someone who enjoys a quiet, relaxed home environment Experience supporting people with disabilities is an asset, but kindness, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear a little about yourself, your availability, and any relevant experience. I look forward to connecting with you!
