Position Overview – Customer Engagement Specialist

Logikor is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to support client growth, enhance customer experiences, and help drive smarter logistics solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of client interaction, sales support, and analytics without being in a purely sales role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with clients to understand their business and uncover opportunities
- Support new client onboarding and help bring solutions to life
- Partner with sales and operations teams to deliver a great customer experience
- Identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and add value for clients
- Contribute ideas that enhance how we serve customers and grow accounts
- Stay involved in client activity and help drive ongoing engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer success, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel and working with data
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
