Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer who already holds a valid RELIABILITY SECURITY CLEARANCE to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including forming, concrete placement, and site clean up.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Qualifications
- RELIABILITY SECURITY CLEARANCE is a MUST
- Previous experience in construction or general labour is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
