Position: Commodity Material Manager
Location: Canada (Remote)
Role Overview
We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Commodity Material Management and high-volume supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic supplier management, demand, and supply planning, and driving supply chain improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic supplier and vendor relationships.
- Analyze demand and supply reports to identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in lead time, supplier capacity, and On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Communicate supply health, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Finance, ODMs, and component suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Commodity Material Management.
- Direct supplier/vendor management experience.
- Experience working with large-scale, high-volume supply chains.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve supply-related challenges.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Hyperscale Data Center or Cloud Infrastructure (Highly Preferred)
- Hi-Tech industry
- Aerospace
- Automotive (with large-scale commodity management experience)
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
