We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and snow removal
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper practices and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of landscaping materials and tools, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the planning and execution of landscape design projects, including construction elements as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with prior supervising experience in a landscaping or related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while motivating crew members to achieve their best work.
- Familiarity with construction techniques related to landscaping projects is a plus.
