Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Winnipeg McPhillips location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, customer service, and team leadership. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of beauty advisors
- Ensure excellent customer service and team engagement
- Monitor sales and KPIs to meet and exceed targets
- Oversee inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and health & safety compliance
- Collaborate with head office for promotions and local marketing
- Ensure POS accuracy and daily cash reconciliation
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, and employee training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of retail experience (do not has to be manager but retail experience request, beauty industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Have knowledge on Asian beauty skincare
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
