We are searching for a full time Service Manager for our busy and growing shop. Job responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: communicating with customers (in person and on the phone), preparing quotes and explaining service work to customers, as well as preparing invoices, sourcing and ordering parts, assigning service work to technicians, and communicating with technicians. Looking for a candidate with service experience and good communication and social skills. Automotive knowledge is an asset but not a requirement.
