General Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Selling new and used RV’s and campers
· Providing excellent customer service.
· Communicating with customers and responding to online inquiries.
· Focus on the selling process.
· Ability to network, follow-up on customers and prospects.
· Comfortable with Cold calling.
· Attain and then exceed your Sales Goals set by yourself and the management team.
· Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Any Sales Experience is considered an asset, but is not required. We will train you!
· Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
· Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
· Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
· Positive attitude and a team player.
· Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
· Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license)
· Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Drivers Abstract
Compensation
· Industry leading Commission based pay structure $60,000 to $180,000.00 annually with a $4,500.00 monthly guarantee for the first 3 months!!
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver’s abstract in order to qualify for employment.
