Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Nail/Lash Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
- Provide professional nail services including manicures and other nail enhancements.
- Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and managing client records.
- Engage with clients to recommend retail products and upsell services to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health and safety standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and professional expertise.
Experience
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application is required.
- Prior experience in nail services such as manicures or related treatments is preferred.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.
