Key Responsibilities
1. Inside Sales (phone + email)
- Make outbound and inbound inside sales calls to retailers and distributor accounts
- Follow up on leads, reorders, promos, and training requests
- Support account growth through consistent touchpoints (check-ins, product recommendations, seasonal opportunities)
- Track activity and outcomes (calls, follow-ups, training completion, next steps)
2. Distributor Rep Trainings

- Equip reps with talk tracks, cross-sell suggestions, and “what to recommend when” guidance
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure sales collateral is up to date
3. Retailer Staff Training
- Deliver engaging staff trainings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
- Teach product basics: use cases, dosing, contraindications, and how to guide customers
- Provide quick-reference tools that improve confidence on the floor (cheat sheets, top FAQs, comparison guides)
4. Product Knowledge & Enablement
- Build deep working knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, use cases, and compliance-friendly claims
- Maintain and improve training decks, one-pagers, and internal FAQs
- Collect feedback from the field (what staff ask, what objections come up) and share insights with the team
What Success Looks Like (first 60-90 days)
- You’re confidently speaking to our product lines and can handle common questions without escalation
- You’re running regular trainings with distributors/retailers and improving staff confidence
- You’ve established a consistent call/follow-up rhythm and can show activity + outcomes
- Partners know who you are and see you as helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable
