We are looking to hire an experienced bartender/server.
* willing to pick up shifts
Open 7 days a week
3:00pm-12:00am Sunday to Thursday
3:00pm -2:00am Friday and Saturday.
Must be comfortable working alone and closing bar.

We use Touch Bistro POS
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink/food selections
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending and serving food and alcohol minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with the food service industry and hospitality standards
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
