Job Summary:
WE ARE HIRING A STORE MANAGER FOR OUR #930-7000 EMERALD DR LOCATION
We are seeking an individual that is highly motivated in Customer Service and Staff Development! The ideal candidate is someone who has great focus in Customer Service, can have fun at work, while motivating staff to achieve targets and sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly work with Sales Representatives to provide support to store, guiding them to achieve targets and sales goals.
- Responsible for Opening/Closing of store
- Responsible for Store Merchandising and overall Cleanliness of Store
- Complete Daily/Month End Cash Outs
- Encourage team work within the sales team and be an example to others
- Conduct Performance Reviews and create action plans as needed
- Responsible for scheduling and vacation tracking to ensure proper floor coverage
- Direct staff on a daily basis to ensure tasks are handled efficiently and breaks occur on time.
- Train, motivate, and develop team to ensure effective performance through consistent on job training and daily coaching.
- Conduct Role Playing Scenarios to ensure Team Members are comfortable selling products and services as expected.
- Conduct Meetings/Reviews as required to cascade relevant information to Sales Representatives
- Create a positive work environment that results in employee retention and turnover reduction.
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer issues in timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensures Policies and Procedures are clearly understood and followed on a daily basis
- Remain current and knowledgeable on all products and systems

Credentials and Experience:
· 1 or more years of experience in Team Management preferred
· 3 or more years of experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service preferred but not required
· History of Attaining Targets and Sales Goals
