Independent Medical Courier Driver – Hamilton/GTHA
Swift Shuttle Limited is a growing healthcare logistics and medical courier company based in Hamilton, Ontario. We are currently seeking reliable and professional independent contractor drivers to support pharmacy, prescription, medical supply, and healthcare-related delivery operations across Hamilton and surrounding GTHA regions.
This opportunity is ideal for drivers with a reliable personal vehicle who are interested in flexible courier and healthcare logistics work.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver prescriptions, medical supplies, and healthcare-related packages
- Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain communication during active delivery assignments
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure safe and secure handling of deliveries
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with pharmacies, clinics, and customers
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Reliable insured vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van)
- Clean driving record
- Smartphone with GPS/navigation access
- Strong punctuality and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
- Background check preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous courier or delivery experience
- Familiarity with Hamilton, Burlington, and surrounding GTHA areas
- WHMIS or TDG certification is an asset
