Position Overview:
The welder plays a key role in our product production, contributing to the quality and efficiency of our operations through skilled welding and fabrication work. The welder should have expertise in various welding techniques, the ability to interpret technical blueprints, and proficiency in using welding and cutting equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Expertly join metal components using a variety of welding techniques and processes to ensure strong, durable bonds.

Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide fabrication and welding tasks.

Prepare and configure welding equipment, including plasma cutters, welding machines, and related tools, for optimal performance.

Operate tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, and shears to cut, form, and shape metal components to precise specifications.

Conduct detailed inspections of welds to identify defects and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding tools and machinery to ensure consistent operation.

Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe working environment.

Assemble individual metal parts into complete structures or components based on project blueprints and requirements.

Restore damaged or worn metal components through welding, grinding, and other repair techniques.
Qualifications:

Must demonstrate strong dependability and a commitment to maintaining a consistent and punctual work schedule.

Proficient in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and the operation of welding and fabrication equipment.

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various positions, including lifting up to 70lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
