We're looking for an experienced Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a team that is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
As a Service Technician, you'll represent Delton Cabinets at customer homes and job sites by ensuring every installation is completed to our quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete cabinet adjustments, warranty work, service calls, and installation of back-ordered items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while providing excellent customer service.
- Read and interpret cabinet drawings and specifications.
- Communicate with Designers, Production, and the Installation & Service Manager to resolve site concerns.
- Measure, cut, shape, and install mouldings, cabinet components, and hardware.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, timesheets, and service documentation.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Build positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, and fellow team members.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of cabinet installation or millwork experience
- Experience with cabinet manufacturing or millwork production
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, organized, and dependable work habits
- Safety boots and your own tools
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

- 8-hour shifts (possible overtime as required)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation required
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Clean Criminal record (required)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred
- Ability to work throughout the Edmonton area
- Ability to lift up to 40 kg
