Duties

- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, setting an example for team members
- Train new staff on kitchen protocols, safety practices, and customer service expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to uphold high service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient workflow
