Job Overview
Blossom Hair & Skin Care is looking for a friendly, experienced, and passionate Esthetician / Beauty Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, takes pride in their work, and can provide high-quality beauty and skincare services in a welcoming salon environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials. Experience with hair braiding is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional eyebrow threading and facial threading services
- Perform face and body waxing services safely and professionally
- Provide facials and basic skincare treatments based on clients’ individual needs
- Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to create a positive salon experience
- Recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including booking appointments, greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Assist other team members and contribute to a welcoming and supportive salon environment
- Provide hair braiding and if experienced in these areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience with eyebrow threading, waxing, facials, or other esthetic services
- Strong threading and waxing skills
- Experience providing facials and skincare services is preferred
- Experience with hair braiding is a strong bonus
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable recommending salon services and retail products
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a busy salon environment
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients look and feel their best
