Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education.
Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Take and develop digital radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Document patient treatment plans and progress using Tracker software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Tracker software is highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Previous experience in dental assisting can be beneficial but is not required.
