Boutique Associate (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Associate who is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is confident working with discerning clients, communicates with professionalism and warmth, and understands that outstanding customer service is about building relationships—not simply making a sale.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or a boutique retail environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Confident and professional when working with discerning clientele.
- Naturally personable with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Comfortable using computers, iPads, and web-based applications.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously expand product knowledge.
- Must already reside in Canada, and legally entitled to work here.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be bondable (successful Criminal Record Check).
Additional Skills But Not Required
- Experience using Shopify.
- Experience with visual merchandising and creating appealing product displays.
- Knowledge of apparel merchandising and inventory management.
- Experience in a boutique or specialty retail environment.
Hours of Work & Compensation
- Permanent part-time position (14–20 hours per week).
- Candidates must be available to work the following shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility on days)
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (approximately two Saturdays per month)
- Availability to work occasional evening hours for special events is required
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
