Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Home Childcare Provider to care for children with Autism disability in a home setting. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes the child's development and well-being. This role involves providing attentive caregiving, meal preparation, light cleaning, and educational activities tailored to children's needs.
Job Duties:
Provide daily care and supervision for a child with autism. Assist with personal hygiene, including diaper changes as needed. Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences. Support participation in daily activities, learning, and recreational programs. Accompany the child to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and community activities. Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Follow established routines and care plans. Communicate with family members regarding the child's daily activities and needs.
