We are a busy and growing light duty towing company proudly serving Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our team is built on reliability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Light Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatch calls promptly and safely
- Perform light duty towing (cars, SUVs, small trucks), recoveries, and winch-outs
- Provide roadside assistance services including boosts, lockouts, and tire changes
- Complete accurate paperwork and digital documentation
- Conduct daily inspections and report maintenance needs for assigned truck
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Clean 5-Year Commercial Driver’s Abstract (no distracted driving infractions)
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Strong knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable personal transportation
Towing experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Schedule
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Rotating on-call schedule (days, evenings, and nights required)
