THE OPPORTUNITY
The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth across insulation, drywall, paint, spray foam, siding, and roofing services. Acting as a key representative of the organization, this role focuses on expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through responsive service and tailored solutions.
Working closely with internal teams and leadership, the Business Relationship Manager will support long-term partnerships, strengthen brand reputation, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives across multiple service lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to understand evolving needs and identify service opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, project discussions, and industry events.
Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company’s client base across insulation, drywall, paint, spray foam, siding, and roofing services.
- Network with industry professionals and attend events to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for business expansion.
Collaboration & Operational Support
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and divisions to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to support mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Uphold and protect the company’s high-quality standards across all client interactions and project activities.
- Represent Empire Envelope professionally when interacting with builders, homeowners, trades, and industry stakeholders.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in business development, account management, or relationship management within construction, building products, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction services such as insulation, drywall, paint, spray foam, siding, or roofing is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for meetings, networking events, and client visits.
