Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued in our establishment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining a safe dining environment.
