Barista / Front-of-House Team Member – Full-Time or Part-Time

Golden Bakery & Deli is looking for a friendly and energetic Barista / Front-of-House Team Member to join our team. We are seeking someone with a passion for great coffee, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to full-time applicants.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, and manage cash/card payments
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches and plating baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is an asset but not required – we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Availability for early mornings and weekends
