We are hiring a hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead a crew, maintain production, and deliver high-quality work. This is not a maintenance role.
We are actively hiring on site landscape construction foremen to oversee, guide and work with our landscape labourers. Exquisite Landscaping is a full service landscape company located in KELOWNA, providing landscape design and construction, irrigation installation, to residential, commercial projects.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 workers
- Hands-on work alongside crew
- Read and execute landscape drawings
- Coordinate daily tasks and production
- Operate equipment
- Order materials and manage logistics
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety documentation
- Ensure quality control and minimize deficiencies
Requirements:
- Commercial landscape construction experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong organization and efficiency
- Equipment operation experience
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Irrigation experience
- Equipment tickets
- Plant knowledge
- Safety certifications
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits
- $30–$40/hour
