Job Summary
Omnitrade Services Ltd. is a British Columbia-based company providing integrated staffing, warehouse consumables, and last-mile fleet services. We currently support operations connected with industry leaders and we are actively expanding across BC.
We are looking for Business Development Partners to help us grow our client base. This is a flexible, remote, commission-based partnership designed for experienced professionals who already have strong relationships within the warehouse, logistics, or distribution industry in BC.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the warehouse and logistics industry through targeted outreach and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals by demonstrating value propositions aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate interest and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions clearly.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or technology sales within the warehouse or logistics sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English , capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities.
- Experience with inside sales, telemarketing, or direct outreach strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support lead generation efforts.
- Ability to demonstrate technical sales experience, understanding complex logistics solutions is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a consultative approach to client engagement.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, with strong organizational skills to manage remote work efficiently.
