Project Manager Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience with all aspects of flat & shingle roofing and sheet metal flashing</li>
<li>5 or more years of proven experience in supervising and project management</li>
<li>Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask</li>
<li>Meet deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to understand and interpret plans and project specifications</li>
<li>Ability to plan, lead and organize and communicate with project stakeholders including the</li>
</ul>
Architect, Engineer, sub-contractor, suppliers and any other entity associated with the project
 
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook Internet</li>
</ul>
Duties include but not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Manage and supervise all phases of assigned projects</li>
<li>Prepare and manage schedules</li>
<li>Perform weekly site visit to monitor and maintain the project construction schedule</li>
<li>Manage any issues that arise which affects quality, budget, progress and safety</li>
<li>Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review projects to monitor compliance with specifications,</li>
</ul>
building and safety codes and other regulations
 
<ul>
<li>Assisting the operations manager with overall budget review and cost tracking</li>
</ul>
