AutoShack currently employs approximately 160 team members across Ontario throughout its retail, distribution, warehouse, customer service, and Head Office Operations. As the company continues to expand its retail footprint, we are focused on building strong operational structure, consistent processes, scalable recruiting practices, and effective employee support systems across all locations.
This role will support both retail store operations and Head Office Operations within Ontario. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, operational documentation, compliance, and workforce development across the organization.
