We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our store, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right cell phone accessories to meet their needs. You will also assist customers with basic smartphone features, settings, device setup, and troubleshooting whenever possible. Knowledge of iPhone and Android devices is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend and sell cell phone accessories based on customers' needs.
- Assist customers with basic smartphone features, settings, data transfer, and device setup.
- Apply screen protectors with precision (training provided if needed).
- Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked kiosk/store.
- Keep up to date with the latest smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of iPhone, Android, and common smartphone features is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning new mobile products and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
