The Role:
This is a contract-based and remote position for a Mortgage Agent based in Ontario. You'll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance a home. This is a client-first role where your communication skills, attention to detail, and drive to succeed will shine.
What you will do:
- Receive hands-on training from experienced mortgage professionals
- Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and explain mortgage options.
- Identify and recommend suitable mortgage solutions from a wide range of lenders
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, with ongoing support from senior team members
- Stay up to date on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends through ongoing training sessions
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, long-term relationships, and referral opportunities

Qualifications
- Licensed as a Mortgage Agent (Level 1) in Ontario or willing to take the required certificate course.
- Experience in sales, client service, or related financial services.
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively support clients.
Pay: $34,533.94-$165,618.47 per year
