Position: Full Time | Office Based
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary plus performance incentive, comprehensive benefits and RRSP matching.

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll work directly with our founders every day. You'll help solve real business problems, improve systems, remove bottlenecks, coordinate strategic initiatives and see every part of the business.
The lessons you'll learn here won't come from a textbook. They'll come from helping build a real company alongside leaders doing it every day.

Your job is simple: create leverage for our leadership team.

You'll become the operational hub connecting our executives, finance, business development, office operations and field teams. If something important needs to happen, there's a good chance you'll either own it or make sure it gets done.
- Coordinate executive priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare leadership meetings and follow through on action items.
- Manage communications and ensure important projects continue moving forward.
- Improve internal systems and workflows.
- Support reporting and operational planning.
- Maintain CRM and business development tracking.
- Research new opportunities and prepare executive presentations.
- Support recruiting and onboarding.
- Coordinate special projects.
- Assist with business development initiatives.
- Help showcase MineSpec's growth through executive communications and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations and workforce logistics.
- Support compliance and workforce mobilization.
- Help ensure our field teams have everything they need to succeed.
Within your first year you'll:
- Become the trusted right hand to MineSpec's leadership team.
- Build systems that improve the entire business.
- Independently lead meaningful projects.
- Create leverage by taking important work off the founders' plates.
- Learn how a rapidly growing industrial company operates.
- Position yourself for future leadership opportunities within MineSpec.
The person we hire today shouldn't be doing this same job three years from now. As MineSpec grows, your responsibilities, influence and opportunities will grow with it.
You probably have between 5 and 10 years of professional experience and a track record of getting things done. You may currently be working as a:
- Senior Operations Coordinator
- Project Coordinator
- Project Manager
- Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Office Manager
- Business Operations Specialist
- Operations Supervisor
Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, manufacturing or mining is an asset, but it isn't what will determine your success. We're looking for someone with exceptional judgment, ownership and ambition.
