Fernie Alpine Resort is looking to fill the position of landscape Maintenance. The ideal candidate to have a positive attitude, be physically capable of manual labour, likes working outdoors in all weather conditions and have excellent customer service skills. You Will:

Perform various landscaping tasks (lawn care, pruning, bed work, planting, etc.)

Operate a variety of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, edgers, shears, blowers, etc.)

Maintain landscapes in residential, strata and commercial properties on ski hill
-
Safe operation of truck and bobcat

Care and storage of tools and equipment
-
Working outside in all weather

Work with Marketing and Wedding departments for events

Work as part of the resort team to provide excellence in service and guest experience

Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook

Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program

Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs

Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
You Have:
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment

Previous experience in a similar role an asset

Reliable and responsible

Physically capable with a customer service orientation
