We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team.

Job Summary
The Registered Massage Therapist will provide personalized massage therapy treatments based on each client’s needs, goals, and areas of concern.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative wellness model, working alongside an RN-led, medically directed team offering aesthetic treatments, skin health services, wellness consultations, IV therapy, naturopathic medicine, and advanced med spa services.
For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity to receive training in select skincare and skin-health-focused treatment options that can be incorporated into their practice as complementary services or add-ons (billed separately, not as RMT)
We are looking to work on a split commission structure, with details to be discussed based on experience, availability, and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, health history, and treatment goals
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client
- Perform a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, and facial massage where applicable
- Support women through various stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal changes, stress, and recovery
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress documentation
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care
- Offer or support complementary services such as red light therapy and skincare-focused add-ons where trained and appropriate
- Create a clean, safe, calm, and welcoming treatment environment
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards
- Collaborate with other wellness and aesthetic professionals when appropriate
- Contribute to a thoughtful, elevated, and supportive client experience
- Support client checkout and rebooking when needed
- Help grow and shape Olive & Co.’s wellness offerings as the practice expands
Experience & Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist designation required
- Active registration and good standing with the appropriate provincial regulatory body
- Professional liability insurance required
- Experience in a spa, wellness, clinical, or multidisciplinary setting is considered an asset
- Lymphatic drainage training or experience is highly desirable
- Buccal massage, facial massage, TMJ, prenatal, postpartum, or pelvic health-informed training is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy practices
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and client care skills
- Ability to create a safe, supportive, and relaxing environment for clients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and client comfort
- Interest in women’s wellness, skincare, recovery, lymphatic support, red light therapy, and collaborative care is considered an asset
- Willingness to learn and be trained in select skincare and wellness treatment options is considered an asset
